    We had a late check in and the desk clerk was clearly annoyed because we interrupted him eating a meal. He was rather rude and surely didn't make us feel welcome. The morning desk lady was very nice. The area was sketchy, we canceled our reservation there and went to a different hotel.

    We originally didn’t like our room location so they upgraded us to a wonderful room on the third floor.

    I love any Best Western hotel. I can count on any chain to have the same standards. They're clean, affordable, comfortable, and classy. The breakfasts are always great, and the staff is super friendly. Never go anywhere else!
