The hotel is lovely The upgraded us to a suite. The staff were all great. Especially Sunil Kumar. The Concierge. who got wedding gifts wrapped for us, arranged transportation for us to the Lotus Temple, had the driver wait, & then bring us back. He also arranged our transportation to the airport for our flight home. The grounds of the hotel are very nice & the Christmas decorations on the lobby were lovely.
