Arrived at 10 pm. The receptionist took 20 minutes to check us in even though we had completed a pre-check-in. Reserved a room with King bed. When we arrived we were told there were none and gave us two queens. Room had no water glasses. Shower items (soap, shampoo, etc.) we’re very low quality. Best to bring your own toiletries,, etc. Hotel rooms had bare minimal of comfort items. Will not stay here again!
Charged a parking fee. This is a fee that is normally charged in a really big city setting. I was surprised when charged.
