The Fontainebleau, Miami is the perfect combination of beach, pool and dining coupled with solid rooms.
The hotel is 70 years old and positions itself as a new super hotel. The windows in the hotel are dirty, everything is old. The staff behaves as if everyone owes them, horror! I was delighted with their departure to Las Vegas, there is a completely different level in everything! And in Miami there are plenty of much better and newer hotels for that money!
I thought this was a five star hotel. I had to pay 30 bucks a night to rent a janky refrigerator. I just think that should be a basic amenity. Our bathroom door was broken. The art in our room was broken as well. The hotel is beautiful. Staff was nice. The pool area is great. The beach area is great also.
