    It was absolutely the worst! The air conditioner in the room didn’t work, no hot water in the room. We stayed two nights and it was horrible, we couldn’t shower the second day and took cold showers the first. I called for help more than once and they couldn’t do anything about it. The common space in the hotel didn’t have air conditioning either. I tried to give no star ⭐️ they made me give one.
