Twice the fire alarm went off at approximately 2:30 am and again at approximately 5 am early Sunday morning....air conditioner was not working...but as soon as we notified staff it was repaired....the staff was very responsive to any issues....

We get there and there was mix with stay. Stating we would have to call and straighten it.out. They did get it figured out. We were told laundry room and pool were down. We were there seven days and never cleaned room. Asked a couple times ask for towels and we took our garbage out.

this was the only place available and over priced for what it was. No fan in bathroom, if there was a fan we couldn't figure out how to turn it on.
