Very nice rooms, clean everywhere, awesome free breakfast, coffee available 24 hrs., friendly and helpful staff. Four stars instead of five because we had to leave used towels in the hall and they were replaced if the housekeeper was still around. If not then we had to get fresh towels from front desk. That was really minor and wish we could have deducted a partial star instead of a full one. Will definitely stay here when visiting this area in the future.
I booked two rooms and canceled one room after 30 minutes of securing the second reservation in order to reserve a non smoking room. After several phone calls to the hotel and AAA, they would not refund me my money from the cancelled reservation even though I stayed at this property. I did not receive a return call from the hotel after two calls and finally contacting the Hilton hotel complaint line to file a case. I finally received a refund but the fact that the hotel didn’t call me back after two calls is unforgivable.
