Hampton Inn And Suites Keller

We have stayed here a couple of times now while visiting family. Our room was too close to the elevator this time but we were pleasantly surprised that it was still quiet and we had no noise issues. The room was very clean. Bathroom is a great size. Bedroom is also a great size. We like that it has a small fridge. Pretty view of the park. The pillows are great and the comfort of the bed is okay. There's always fresh coffee by the front desk. The breakfast area is very nice and we enjoyed the included breakfast. Love the Texas shaped waffles. There's a patio area outside that's very nice but could use an update on the furniture. The cushions need replacing. The indoor pool is nice and very clean. We enjoyed the gym. The Keller Town Center has very nice shops and restaurants all right by the hotel and our view of the park was very nice. Good walking area. The staff were all excellent and very hard working. Always accommodating. Maybe the garbage could be emptied more frequently would be the only thing I noticed as a negative. This is our preferred place to stay in the area. Maybe not 5 stars but very comfortable and affordable too. The location is very safe. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

This was a very nice, clean, and quiet stay. Parking area has plenty of good lighting. I was greeted immediately upon entry into the lobby and found the night manager to be very cheerful. I only stayed for the one night and the purpose was to be close to an early morning medical appointment so I can’t speak to the breakfast and other amenities; but I did enjoy the updated room. So, if you’re visiting somewhere close and need a spot, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.
