My room was extremely loud - so loud I had trouble sleeping. Carpet was worn hard. Ice bucket in the room was full of water and spilled all over me when I went to take it to fill. The icing on the cake was that the charging block on the nightstand didn’t work, which I only realized in the morning when I discovered my devices weren’t charged. Truly a disappointing experience overall. I expect better from a Hampton Inn. I gave feedback very nicely to the front desk staff in the morning and they did not seem to care.
