This is a beautiful hotel- spotless and clean. One star off due to the fact that when we arrived one room we booked had not been cleaned and ready when we opened the door. The family members staying in that room has to wait in one of our other rooms while the night clerk ran back and forth from desk checking people in (they were sold out that night).and cleaning and taking care of the room. Mary was exceptional and deserves a big recognition-true grace under pressure! Although we were tired from a long day of driving and getting in at 8:40 pm we certainly could not fault her willingness to make it right for us and we appreciate that. They did compensate us for the wait and trouble. Breakfast next morning was wonderful assortment and staff kept it stocked and hot. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn.
