Well located in a quiet part of town and only a short drive to the colleges; suites have a wet bar area that includes a refrigerator, sink and microwave. The modern rooms have a comfy, all-white bedding package and a large work desk with standard baths. Smoke free premises. 72 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This is a nice hotel, with very accommodating staff, clean and well located. I would have given it 5 stars, but the property could use some updating, especially in the bathroom - the vanities have peeling paint (2 years in a row so they need to get on it), missing a few nice amenities - no magnifying mirror, or cotton balls, etc. which many other Hilton properties have.
