The mattress was so bad both my husband and I had back, neck & leg issues between the two of us the next morning. My leg pain was so bad I couldn't get to sleep that night. I thought I would have to sleep in the chair the whole night. If it wasn't for God answering my prayer, the pain subsided and then I could sleep even though I woke up every hour or two because the mattress was so bad. The next night when I slept in our bed the same leg pain started again. We paid $211 dollars for this refundable room and the mattress was this bad?! Horrible! Shame on you Hampton Inn! We've stayed in only Hampton Inn's for many years now. This Lancaster location, Room 136, was a nightmare. We won't be staying in that location again!! Count on it! The next time we have an overnight stay in Lancaster we won't be staying at the Hampton Inn!
The room was very nice. We had a lot of issues with our bill. Charges that we did not incur kept being charged to my husband's credit card. It was difficult to get them removed and the charges corrected. My husband ended up having to cancel his credit card. The staff did not have the authority to correct the mistakes.
