This new property features a large convention space as well as a nice saltwater pool. The rooms are stylish and minimalist in design but offer nice conveniences for business travelers and families. Smoke free premises. 87 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The hotel was great. Clean & kept updated. Staff were all nice & helpful. The one bother was that the fee for a dog was $75. Everywhere else is $50 and even $50 is high. Not sure why that fee has to be so high. I understand that people are rotten & will let their animals do rotten things, I also understand that there may be extra cleaning involved for allergens. I would think there could be a larger fee held on your credit card and if your dog wrecks something or goes to bathroom in the room you'll be charged the entire fee but for the majority of people traveling with animals I believe they are responsible owners and a portion of that fee could be returned.
