The beds had metal bars sticking out of the side of the beds and my wife scraped her leg against it. When we pulled back the sheets, that's when she filled a complaint with customer service. They have not responded back. There was no microwave in the room. They held a $100 incidental charge which was not listed on the reservation. The mini fridge did not get cold like it was supposed to.
