I sorry this has been one of the worst Hotel I stay. The website stated, pool and kitchen However, pool been down for 3 years. When ask about the kitchen all we was told there is a microwave in the common area. Which is was super dirty looks like it haven’t been clean in years. I found a roach in my room as well dog hair in the bathroom floor. My pillow was so flat I had to go to Walmart and buy my own pillow. When I report this to the manager all she told me was you book with a 3rd party deal with them. There nothing I can do. I was so mad 😡 will never stay at a Hampton Inn ever again.
