The hotel was fine. We just did not think the employees were friendly at all. They didn't speak to us unless we spoke to them. And that just included a "hello how are you?" I also had 2 bugs in the room. I am sure that it is pretty frequent in Florida but none the less i didn't like it. I did tell the front desk and she was concerned and thanked me for letting her know. I was surprised because the hotel was clean. Not sure if another guest brought them or what. But I will say that the lack of friendliness was the main reason for this rating.
