Hotel and staff were excellent. It was a little further than I thought from downtown Nashville but that was my fault nothing to do with the hotel or staff everything was great.

The hotel was clean but it was a bit tired, worn and could use a refresh. My room had burned out lights and a cabinet door that was askew. Definitely pricey for the condition. Staff was not especially knowledgeable about the area. One front desk representative tried to be helpful but the other just seemed bothered by my existence--definitely not a warm welcome at check in.
