We had stayed here before and looked forward to a return stay. When we arrived no one was at the front desk and had to wait for someone to walk by. The team member who checked us in, barely spoke to us or provide any information about the renovation that would be starting. After our first day, a construction crew began working on all of the rooms on our end of the corridor, except ours. The morning construction meeting took place outside our door, followed by pounding, drill noises and music. When we told the front desk staff that there was a lot of noise, the response was "check in with us later," they didn't seem interested. Just not the same property we had stayed at previously.
