Great time at the hotel and Universal
My room was not ready…… Hilton does not post the overpriced Continental Breakfast ( no a la carte) or the fact that brunch is not served until 11:30. Oh at 10 if you’re eating the Continental breakfast you have to go from the bar area. So they can prep for the $100 brunch.

Unclear booking. Ordered dinner at the lounge took forever. They did comp us an appetizer and 2 desserts but we were unable to use the pool bc of the timing.
