Checking in was a nightmare—excessively long lines w/trainees managing them. Much redundancy when rooms already reserved & paid for. Nearly impossible to find how to access room. Trial & error, trial & error. Finally one nice random staff member was willing to show the way. Room large, unattractive, impersonal. Mysterious how to operate water & electric, nothing much attractive to see out window. No amenities such as breakfast. Very unclear directions posted to get out to airport area. Lacking in any charm. But, convenient to airport.
