The hotel’s sophistication is evident as soon as you walk through the door. Service is professional, there is a large lounge and event space, and rooms have nicely stylish, warm-toned décor. Modern and well-designed bathrooms are a highlight in the guest rooms. The location is a stone's throw from the large Fashion Institute of Technology campus, yet it is close enough to partake in buzzy Chelsea's nightlife when the workday is done. Smoke free premises. 280 units. 23 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The room was not clean. The window seal had holes in it where the curtains were supposed to shut at. The room could’ve at least had a recliner in it. There wasn’t any extra linen in the room. Respectfully
Hotel is centrallly located, easy walk from Penn Station, Times Square, MTA. Fast, easy check-in. Room was clean and nice, very modern. Had a cool view with World Trade Center in the distance. Would definitely stay here again.
