My first room was not ready in time at check-in, my second room had a broken air conditioner, and my third room was infested with hundreds of ants. When I was being moved into a fourth room, a shift manager even told me that the hotel was "in desperate need of renovation." Considering Hilton's reputation, this was a highly disappointing experience!
