A downtown location as well as being attached to the San Jose Convention Center makes this a perfect spot for the business traveler. Spacious guest rooms have large desks with multiple outlets. Smoke free premises. 354 units. 18 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Few things to consider. 1. If you drive, Hotel charges $37 for parking, whereas there is a public parking opposite to it which charges $7. 2. If you ask why hotel is charging $37 then staff said public parking is not safe and vehicle can be damaged. Which mean Hotel’s neighborhood is not safe. You should not stay in the neighborhood where public parking is not safe. 3. In my room there was no shampoo or conditioner, I had ask for it then manager came to verify 4. There is no buffet breakfast, when you pay $200 a nite, you expect breakfast will be included. But there is no buffet breakfast available. 5. Parking entry is not easy. You have to cross a lot of up and down space to reach parking elevator. 6. Valet is not 24/7 7. Even water is not complementary
