Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience. When we arrived there were 3 other customers waiting and so we waited quite awhile to be helped. One of the customers had just received his key and went to the room but someone else was already in there. Finally, when we got our key, we went to the room but it was a king bed and not 2 double beds, so we had to go back downstairs and get another room. The staff at the front desk were very confused and appeared to not be very knowledgeable with the procedures and programs.
Reserved a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with a king bed and sofa bed. Wasn’t able to get switched to another room and hotel said AAA booking was at fault. Both treadmills in the gym did not work.
Nice big and clean room, but with very poor hotel restaurant service. Had to wait a long time for our simple dinner order. The advertised hot breakfast was not to be (cook didn’t show up) so all that was available in the morning was a limited cold breakfast.
A lot of items were beat up. Door lock was broken and had be repaired.
