Staff tried. They are pleasant. However, the hotel needs a major update and upgrade. The room is quite sparse. Location is good, but traffic noise is a problem. Below average.
Clean, comfortable and quiet in a walkable neighborhood. Restaurants nearby.
One very odd thing is, I chose this hotel because it has a restaurant but was told it is closed on weekends. Room was nice even though I discovered the balcony door was broken. Entrance doors are so tough to open I don't know how an elder person gets into the building.
