The hotel is wonderful. It has a quiet elegance in the lobby, and my room was very comfortable. The bathroom was big, and the bed was very comfortable. I got my wake-up call when I asked for it and the front desk called a cab for me which was awaiting me after I paid the bill. Very high marks. It also was in the older part of Lisbon, so it had lots of character that reflects the beauty of Lisbon.
