The staff was very helpful & professional.
A very nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. One star deducted as the hotel has 1) liquid soaps in the shower, 2) no night stand on one side of the queen bed - thus no place to put CPAP machine or other medical equipment and 3) Not enough insulation between our room and the room above, - we heard every footstep in the room above us. The room had a nice view of an ugly neighborhood below but also of spectacular evening sunsets over the nearby mountains. Breakfast was nicely managed and very well done. Kudos to the kitchen staff and the personnel keeping the breakfast area clean and well-managed. Finally, the room had a good shower - very high on my priority list. I would book this hotel again if I could get a room on the top floor. This might just be the best lodging in Ely. It's a good value.
