The public areas and guest rooms have a bright, modern design scheme. The lobby, with its numerous electric outlets and USB ports, is a great place for travelers to gather and work. Rooms have large, well-lit desks while bathrooms have bright back-lit mirrors and white quartz countertops. Smoke free premises. 62 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

This was my first stay at the IHG in Harrison. I normally stay at the Best Western. It took 3 days for the staff to get the room keys to work. The staff said the hotel had been renovated, but the coffee maker and the room phone didn't work. There were also dirty wash clothes in the bathroom that look like a mechanic had wiped his hands on them. The staff had no idea how to work the computer system. I think this hotel could do with another overhaul and better trained staff. I won't be staying here again!!
