The hotel is very out dated .and over priced

Hotel was dirty and freezing. Notified the desk and was told that the heat does not come on until mid-November. They did not offer any extra sheets or blankets. I called corporate and they didn’t care! I do not understand how AAA gave them their diamond rating. This place was the pits!

Horrible hotel. There wasn’t a pool out restaurant when we went because there were under construction. They wouldn’t give us the cheaper daily rate instead we paid the higher rate from when we booked months and months ago. Awful. It was dirty and steward was unhelpful.

I did not stay in this hotel based on the terrible reviews I had read. Therefore I don't think I can answer any questions,

Room was ok as far as temperature & appearance but hallways, lobby and breakfast area were cold. Enough so one needed a jacket. Breakfast brunch was terrible and surprisingly they charge us $15/person. Scrambled eggs were grayish, fruit was old, overall there was very limited selection. Going to an outside restaurant was not easy. We found out while we were at breakfast that the water to the building was turned off. We had not been verbally told this when we checked in and that’s when we learned the water was turned off from 8am to 11am. Supposedly there was a small sign at the reception desk that mentioned this but after a long day of driving, my wife & I both missed it. Needless to say, we could not take showers, we had to brush our teeth using bottled water and toilet use was limited to one flush. The afternoon receptionist was ok as far as friendliness, the morning receptionist, not so much.
