Everything was perfect. Where we wanted to go was less than 20 min drive without going to the highway. The staff was very informative and helpful.
I thought the staff should have informed us of the location to the amenities, ie. pool, fitness center and business center. There was no concierge service as listed in the description. Also, they had nothing informing us of local restaurants, attractions, etc. Personally, I usually leave the privacy panel on the door when I don't need service. However, midway during my stay I wanted service particularly to empty the trash and to refresh the cups and towels. On the second day I had to call the front desk to have someone take the trash away. Needless to say, the hotel did not meet the expectations I had for a AAA three diamond hotel with the description provided.

Friendly staff, cant beat the views. Conveniently located walking distance from restaurants and near the freeway and airport. Room was clean, bed comfy.
