My original room had ants…inspector came in and actually witnessed seeing one but l was offered only a change of linens. I told her if l saw another one, l want another room. Sure enough, saw another one on the bed so l called the front desk. They immediately got me an upgraded room. At checkout, there was a mixup with the bill but it was handled easily and the employees were very friendly.
