I was not told at check-in that I had to request that towels and sheets be changed. They did nothing to accommodate me. Just said we're so sorry. The shower head had multiple streams, but only one worked. Took forever to get hot water. The room desk phone didn't work. I downloaded the information about amenities, etc. and it says that unhung towels would be replaced daily. They didn't step foot in my room and I was there for two nights. Upon checking out, I mentioned it again and only got "I'm sorry". Not worth what they charge to stay there!!!
