The breakfast ended at 9:00. Many hotels run until 10:00 and have coffee available throughout the day. This one did not.

Carpet & sofa needed attention to the stains. A microwave in the room would be nice. The bedroom separator was nice as it gives a lot of privacy. Some of the front desk people need to be a little more guest friendly. The breakfast lady was lovely, she always went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive. We have stayed here many times and will definitely be back!
Quiet and comfortable rooms, excellent front desk staff, location within walking distance of good bistros, music, and the Moravian University.

Worst views ever. Clean but not nice. Amenity staff/housekeeping was good but front desk not friendly or helpful. Breakfast was rough.

There was only breakfast; no sandwich shop as advertised. Unexpected parking fee. Wet floor on side of bed by airconditioning unit.
I am being generous. Lobby printer broken, flickering desk lamp, clerk who couldn't give simple directions and parking garage issues.
