Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was under renovation and I was unaware until my arrival. The room wasn't the cleanest at all. The pull out mattress bedding was dirty, stains in the furniture, and everything was outdated (hence the renovations). The worst part was the loud construction going on during the breakfast in the lobby. There wasn't enough courtesy extended to wait until after breakfast hours. I would not recommend until after the renovations are complete.
Though under renovation, the hotel was quiet and clean. When we reported that it was noisy on the third floor due to the ice maker, the staff helped us change to a room on the fourth floor. The service was satisfying.
