The hotel itself was modern, quiet and clean with lots of amenities. The only thing I wish was different was the ability to make a change at no cost. I decided to come for 1 night instead of 2 and they charged me 50% for the night I wasn't there. Also when I biioked the room AAA didn't mention that there was a $14 per day charge for parking. Then there were the taxes which added up to $30.! So my only complaint is the fees and the incomplete cost information at the time of booking. It helps when budgeting to know the total cost.

I stayed at this hotel years after it was remodeled and complained that the windows "Pop" when the sun hits them. It is not a soft pop and is extremely annoying. I had hoped that this problem would have been fixed but it hasn't. I heard that you are going to remodel this hotel again and this issue needs to be corrected. You also need to get a restaurant back and put safes in the rooms.
The room was comfortable and location was convenient. Unfortunately, there is no microwave in the room (perhaps there are some units with the feature). It seems like such a small cost to upgrade a room and make it more workable. Also, there are NO USB ports in the room, so if you don't have your wall plug with you, you are out of luck for charging. Again, such a simple fix. The desk said they had some to lend out, but none were available.
