Staff couldn't be better. Free breakfast was fine too. We wouldn't come back to this hotel though because of the noise. We could hear every neighbor above and to the side, in the hallways, etc. Can't imagine the hotel was even close to capacity so they should have spaced us all out more. The outside street noise was also horrible. AND it was snowing outside so traffic was probably light. The location was central to what we needed, but we will go elsewhere next time as we got zero rest for the night we were there.

The staff at Hyatt Place was excellent. Loved the room layout. It had a nice desk to be able to set up a laptop and helpful amenities like a refrigerator and wet bar-type sink. There were some small issues that detracted from the experience like the shower water pressure being really low so it takes three times longer to take a shower and rinse the soap off. There was only one packet of coffee in the morning (didn't think to look when we checked into the room). The toilet seat was missing one of the nuts that holds the bolt in place so the entire seat slid off the toilet. One of the lights on the side of the bed didn't work. It's the little attention to detail issues that make me wonder how this place merits the Hyatt name.
