It was a nice hotel, clean and good location.
I had a reservation for 2 queen beds. When I was checking in I was asked if I minded them switching me down to 1 king. I didn't want to be a hassle so i said it was fine.It wasn't a huge deal just wasn't my preference. I assumed it might be cheaper since I was downgraded and I was doing them a favor. It wasn't though. Then I get to the room and it was extremely muggy in there which wouldn't have been a big deal once the air was on but there was mold on the curtains. I called the front desk to ask about possibly getting a different price on the room and the man said no it's the same price.

The front desk, concierge and valet were friendly and welcoming! When we stay a couple days or less, we don't require house keeping service, but we do like extra towels, especially in warm weather. The housekeeper was two rooms down and I asked for an additional bath towel, hand towel and washcloth. She said I just finished with the room and it has everything we need. She said there will be housekeeping everyday and when I said we won't be getting service, she said we can get our towels from the front desk. I thought she was rude. We've have never been turned down for an extra towel. Also, I washed my car on Saturday and drove to Milwaukee and checked in on Sunday and used valet parking. I got my car back on Wednesday and it was filthy. Caked on dirt over the trunk. I rated my experience a 4, but in reality, the front desk, concierge and valet personnel would get a 5 and the maid and condition of my car would get a 1.
