All went well. Great pre planning!
The hotel is nice however it lacks customer service. Once arriving I was not told how to use their odd elevator touch key to get to my room. Or told how to get to the pool and fitness room. Only one restaurant was open. I’m assuming they lack workers so it took Atleast 2 hours before I could receive my correct restaurant bill to cash out. Food was good but my male waiter was the worst. Next day i went to the female bartender who was very good. Room isn’t serviced unless you request it. I did in the early morning and by evening still nothing. All i wanted was fresh towels and toiletries. I had to call again and finally received it. Having to store my luggage after check out by the bell hop made me really nervous. The guy made me uncomfortable and reeked of heavy cigarette smoke. Not a good image for the hotel. It’s a shame to see a nice hotel not fully staffed or having customer service as a priority. Also it was during Christmas holidays and i was saddened to see nothing was set up. Christmas cheers is definitely needed there.

The hotel is beautiful. Room was great! Breakfast was awesome! Everyone was super nice. The stadium was a skip and two hops! Book here you will be very pleased.
