This wss the nicest old-school hotel we have ever seen. Everything was well maintained and clean.. The staff was polite and very helpful on every encounter with them.. The adjacent restaurant wss the same story and the food wss wonderful. The view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. Absolutely stunning.

We were happy with view from our second floor room on end and not being in Bar Harbor with so many other people. Restaurant was handy after a long day of driving and coffee in lobby too.

Nice, old fashioned seaside motel. The building is older, but kept up well, and the staff is very attentive. The only reason I score the room as average is because the carpets, drapes, etc. are older and probably at the end of their useful life. That said, there's nothing like getting up in the morning and seeing a harbor outside your window. By the way, the restaurant and bar connected to the Inn is terrific, and for a tourist area, the prices aren't bad at all.
