This hotel is just okay at best for the money. The staff was underwhelming, and the same with the room. Our room was on the 4th floor and was annoyingly loud. Outside noise is expected with a downtown hotel. Sirens, trucks, etc. But the squeaky floors above us and in our room, ugh... Plus, you can hear the guests above the room stomping around. The bathroom was very dark, and the towels were like sandpaper. We're traveling back to Portland next month and will be staying in another hotel nearby.
