This hotel is exactly what I need when I go to Paso. The staff is nice and the rooms are comfortable. This was gosh, probably my 4th or 5th time staying at this hotel which should tell you that I do like staying here.
Excellent experience with a two-night stay in late Dec 2022. A few points off for lack of onsite maintenance and a lengthy period during which the front desk was unattended.
We stayed for four nights. During our stay we had to have the maintenance people come to our room 4 or 5 times to fix a toilet that would not shut off and never stopped running to the point that we could flush the toilet. I complained and said they should make an adjustment to our bill to reflect this. Who would expect in a good quality hotel to have a problem like this. They told me that because I did my reservation through AAA they could not give me a credit. That is totally not tru. They accepted my credit card to make my reservation and pay for my stay so they could just as easily have given me a credit. It was consistent with the basic service and upkeep of our room that showed age and also not cleaning up the room or the bathrooms in the lobby. I would urger anyway planning to stay at the hotel to explore other options, or at least be sure you have a functioning toilet.
