This stunning inn maintains its historic charm but with modern conveniences. The guest rooms feature a chic, contemporary Southwest style. The current building dates to the 1920s, but there has been an inn on this site since 1620. Smoke free premises. 180 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

I found this hotel so frustrating. The valet was not pleasant, nor were some of the front desk employees. The rooftop service was poor. I was given a room facing the Plaza which sounds nice...until a terrible band began to play outside my room. The manager on duty was kind enough to give me an upgrade to a Terrace room. Again, sounds nice, right? Until 7:30 the next morning when the staff began to drag furniture for about 30 minutes right outside my room to set up for a wedding at 6pm that night. It was comical how much noise there was, no matter where I went. I will not stay here again. If you want to spend too much money to be on the Plaza and be around a lot of chaos, noise, and poor food service, this is the place for you. Beautiful hotel, though. And the croissants from the patisserie were excellent.
