Many things in this hotel were broken, missing or otherwise not functioning. For example: (1) missing bedside lamp, (2) broken toilet paper holder, (3) rusted but functional shower door roller mechanism, (4) reversed shower control (i.e., cold water ran when control set to hot and vice versa), (5) one working ice machine in three story hotel, which only sometimes provided ice. On the other hand, the quality, quantity and variety of the complimentary breakfast were good - better than expected.

Unfriendly check in, stained wash cloths and towels, fan in bathroom was obnoxiousy loud when you turned light on. Was not impressed at all! Plus they had the wrong address on our receipt, someone in another state altogether! Not impressed at ALL!!!
