My only issue was regarding the plumbing and the hotels inability to deal with it. The shower was gross. After a few minutes the tub would fill up and would t drain. Iit was completely backed up. We ended up not being able to shower out of hygiene issues. The hotel staff did not seem to care in the least. We will not be staying at a La Quinta anytime soon.
