Located in a busy neighborhood near a shopping mall, this quaint lodge offers guests respite amid lush garden landscaping. Rooms provide the basics, plus a large desk, mini-fridge and microwave. The guest rooms are spread out among several buildings, but only one of them has an elevator. Smoke free premises. 121 units. 2-3 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors.

Nice hotel but a bit confusing where the check-in desk was located when we arrived after dark. Room was updated and comfortable, with shutters rather than drapes, leading to a small balcony overlooking a small garden area. We liked the comfortable bed, sink & vanity located separately from the toilet. We didn't use the TV but it was a nice size. We didn't use the pool either. The breakfast was an "expanded Continental" and adequate with good coffee. I didn't give it 5 stars because although there were several food options nearby, it was slightly too far to get to the ocean, using the I-5 and there was construction on that freeway.
Love it. Absolutely wonderful. We only stayed a night and did not use the amenities but we’d stay there again. The pool looked inviting and the breakfast looked splendid. More importantly the front desk staff were fantastic!!

The room was way too noisy from street traffic even with the window closed. Staff guy wasn’t very nice. Pretty grounds. No hot breakfast. Only one packet of coffee in room. Microwave was really dirty. Convenient location.
We loved the people, the service, the hotel and the location! The entire experience was incredible and the people were so personable and friendly!
