The hotel location is great. The staff are decent however we had a pretty terrible experience with the staff at approximately 1-2am. We were sound asleep, my husband, 14 year old niece, and I when a man who was part of the hotel staff walked into our room. I, of course, freaked out and checked the other bed for our niece to make sure she was okay. Apparently they had no record of anyone staying in the room, even though we checked in, already paid for 2 nights, and had no issue at check-in. The staff stated it was due to their new system and information missing. This was absolutely unacceptable, terrifying, and horrible. My 14 year old niece was in the room and a man walked into it in the middle of the night. Apart from them not having any record of us staying there. Just a terrible experience! The room is good however I don’t believe the price reflects the room quality. The restroom was clean but not as clean as I expected for the price. There was a hair in the shower when we got to the room and a stain in the base board of the bed.
Great location, staff, room, etc. Food in restaurant was great (but expensive), rooftop pool was amazing. Will be returning!

Everything was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT from valet explaining parking options, to check in, LOCATION (we were going to a show at the Hollywood Bowl). Easy walking distance. The staff is amazing. Highly recommend.
Went with wife and children and first thing was fantastic customer service from Lili Nicolescu at the front desk. She was more than accommodating and spoke my wife's native language in addition to English, so she made us feel even more welcome. Lili truly went out of her way to ensure our vacation in Hollywood was magnificent by recommending things to do and places to eat within walking distance! The hotel itself is the best in the area for the price point and we had zero complaints as it met all of our expectations and more!
