We reserved a deluxe king room and were given a double queen. We thought it was an honest mistake but when we called front desk we were rudely told that we were wrong and that they couldn’t accommodate a change.
A lot of bling bling but short on the essentials. Would be nice to have an in-room coffee maker ( like 90% of all hotels do ) have full size complementary water bottles instead of baby size,then charging $5.00 for it at the lobby.
The rooms were beautiful! The hotel had so much to offer wish we stayed a day longer.
