The clerk who checked us in was very helpful and spoke English clearly. She made sure we would get our parking ticket validated for a discount. It was great to be able to park at the hotel, but parking itself and navigating the garage were very difficult. Ultra-tight spaces and tight turns, requiring a lot of maneuvering. Breakfast was very good - we could fry our own eggs in little pans. Very close to Place Stanislas and shopping. Check-in clerk recommended a fine place to eat.
