This hotel was dirty and my room was broken into. I called AAA for help and the AAA rep I spoke with was great but unable to protect me from getting charged for a one night stay. I did not stay in that room for more than 15 minutes. I had to go down to the front desk and make the front desk manager get on the phone with the AAA agent. They were purposefully keeping her on hold. I like AAA but you did not protect me with being charged my one night stay. This hotel is not AAA standard. I have used you before for hotels and they have always been great. This one was horrible.
