Motel 6 Bakersfield Convention Cent

If I could do 0, I would. They wouldn't let me check in early to save my first floor room so I told them I was going to a birthday party and wouldn't arrive until 9pm. She put itn notes I needed first floor (arthritis in hip). We got back at 8:45and night girl cancelled our room, claimed to have called us, and tried giving us upstairs room. I hobbled upstairs and then room key didn't work. Husband went to get another key (she had only given us one not two). She came up with two and I saw her switch keys in her hand, use the key and it opened. She then told me I don't know how to use a room key. I checked voicemail and caller ID. No calls from hotel and I told her that. I then told Husband this is bulls**t and I was going to call corporate. She then said she was refunding our money and we would have to leave. Had to haul all of our stuff back down to truck and find another motel at 9:30 at night. I caught that girl in several lies and she cancelled my reservation without notification to me. HORRIBLE here at Easton Street in Bakersfield.
